Liquor license

A liquor license is required for the sale or offer of sale (including temporary events) of any alcoholic beverage.

The Village maintains several different classifications of liquor licenses for businesses and restaurants. A formal application along with a non-refundable application fee of $500 is required. License fees vary with the type of license required.

Click here and navigate to "Licenses" for the application form.

Temporary liquor licenses are available for not-for-profit and for-profit organizations hosting an event where liquor will be sold or served. The fee for a temporary license is $100 for each day of the event. An application must be filed at least 14 days prior to the event. For-profit organizations are also required to file an application annually (good for one calendar year).
