Please join the River Forest Police Department for our 4th quarterly Community Crime Prevention Meeting on Wednesday, October 24th at 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM in the River Forest Village Hall Community Room. All residents and members of the public are invited and welcome to attend. As always, the purpose of the meeting is for residents to learn more information and become more involved in assisting the River Forest Police Department prevent, stop, and solve crime. Some specific topics to be discussed are: River Forest Citizen Corps, Traffic Enforcement and Safety, Halloween Safety, Holiday Crime Prevention, RFPD’s Less Lethal Options for Patrol, Child Safety Seat Law Update, Recent River Forest Crime Trends, and as always, Open Floor for Community Member Questions/Comments/Concerns.
