As warmer months approach, please be respectful of your neighbors and note that the Village has ordinances in place to regulate the hours of work for contractors and residents.
All contractors are allowed to work from 7 AM – 6 PM Monday through Friday, and between 8 AM – 5 PM on Saturday. No work can be completed on Sundays and major holidays. (Village Code 3-3-7).
Any outdoor work completed by a resident involving the construction or repair of any building or structure or any mechanized landscaping, such as lawn mowing, is allowed from 7 AM – 6 PM Monday through Friday, and between 8 AM – 5 PM on Saturday, and 9 AM – 5 PM on Sunday. (Village Code 6-7-2).
