This project amends an existing planned development permit by increasing the height of the southeast corner of the parking garage in excess of the building height approved by the Village and was therefore subject to the major amendment process.

Project Description
Concordia University Chicago proposed to increase the height of the southeast corner of the on-campus parking garage by approximately ten feet to allow Verizon to place a cellular antenna on the garage. The antenna will be surrounded by a stealth enclosure similar to the existing enclosure at the southwest corner of the garage that conceals other carriers' antennae.

Application Submittal - The application was submitted and is available here for public inspection. On June 20, 2018, Concordia University informed the Village of a change to the application with regard to the routing of cable from the parkway to the parking structure.
