1101-1111 Bonnie Brae Place (Southeast corner of Bonnie Brae Place and Thomas Street). The properties are currently in use as a parking lot and a multi-family building to the north. 

Project Description

The developer proposes to remove the existing parking lot and multi-family building and replace it with a townhome development.  The developer's initial proposal to the Village Board was for a 19-unit development, however, the applicant may propose to modify the unit count as the review process continues. 

Planned Development Permit Application Status
  • Introduction to the Village Board of Trustees - July 22, 2019
  • Development Review Board Pre-Filing Meeting - October 7, 2019
  • Neighbor Meeting - A neighbor meeting is scheduled for October 9, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall.  Notices to property owners within 500 feet of the development site have been sent. 
  • Application Submittal - The final application has been received and is avialable for the public to view and download.  Due to the file size the application has been divided into two parts: Part I, Part II
  • Village Technical Committee Review - A meeting of the Village's technical review committee was held January 22, 2020.
  • Development Review Board Public Hearing - A public hearing is scheduled for March 5, 2020.  A notice was sent to all property owners of record within 500' of the develompent site 15 days prior to the hearing.  A copy of the notice is available here.  Please note that the notice has been updated with corrected addresses to clarify that that proposed development is for the properties located at 1101-1111 Bonnie Brae Place.  UPDATE: At the March 5 DRB Meeting, the Petitioner requested that the public hearing be continued to allow them time to amend their application.  The public hearing was continued to May 7, 2020.  A revised application will be posted no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
