Location of Proposed Planned Development

1101-1111 Bonnie Brae Place (Southeast corner of Bonnie Brae Place and Thomas Street). The properties are currently in use as a parking lot and a multi-family building to the north. 

Project Description

The developer proposes to remove the existing parking lot and multi-family building and replace it with a townhome development.  The developer's initial proposal to the Village Board was for a 20-unit development, however, the applicant may propose to modify the unit count as the review process continues. 

Planned Development Permit Application Status
  • Introduction to the Village Board of Trustees - July 22, 2019
  • Development Review Board Pre-Filing Meeting - TBD (The September 19, 2019 meeting was cancelled at the appliant's request and will be rescheduled.  The agenda & packet for this meeting will be posted no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting)
  • Neighbor Meeting - A neighbor meeting is tentatively scheduled for October 9, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall.  Notices to property owners within 500 feet of the development site will be sent no less than 15 days prior to the meeting date. 
  • Application Submittal - Not yet submitted
  • Village Technical Committee Review - TBD
  • Development Review Board Public Hearing - TBD
  • Village Board of Trustees Final Consideration - TBD
